Description
These are picture and/or word bingo cards for the 'sh', 'ch', 'th', 'wh', 'ng', 'ck' and 'qu' sounds. There are 2 different sets containing the same words found in the corresponding Phonics Activities, but can be purchased and used separately. The Bingo Phonics cards can be used with a whole class or in small groups.
Set 2a has 9 pictures and words on each card (32 cards)
Set 2b has 16 pictures only on each card (32 cards)
Set 2c has 25 words only on each card (32 cards)
Each set of cards also has a call-out list showing the words, dictionary definitions and pictures used on the bingo phonics cards.
- Print onto card, cut out and laminate and mark with counters or whiteboard pens so as to be able to re-use the cards.
- Use the definitions on the calling sheet for children to match against the pictures and words, to help extend vocabulary.
- Double up the cards and use for memory /matching games.
