These resources are suitable for Early Years and Foundation Stage.  Set 1 contains a Literacy and Numeracy book. The Literacy book combines phonics and rhyming words with drawing; and early comprehension exercises. The Maths book has shapes, counting and writing numbers, as well as set sorting and matching.

Set 2 uses a child's knowledge of Nursery and other rhymes in one booklet and well-known stories in the other.  Both can be used as comprehension exercises and as a prompt for discussion, thus extending vocabulary.
